Sourabh was the Chief Strategy Officer at Saatchi & Saatchi India, TBWA\India, Everest and Bates CHI & Partners India. He also led the brand strategy planning function at Ogilvy (Mumbai and Bangalore), McCann Erickson (Bangalore) and Contract (Bangalore and Delhi). He briefly worked as a brand strategist at BPL Telecom and Reliance Capital. His brand planning experience spans across categories and includes brands like Parle (Monaco, Hide N Seek), Reliance Capital, Kotak, Cadbury (5 Star, Perk, Bournvita, Tang), Limca , Sprite, Coca Cola, TVS, Skoda, Lenovo, Titan, Kwality Wall’s, BPL etc. He has worked very closely on positioning and launching new brands like OLX.in, ITC Ashirvaad, Ayurvedic Concepts (Himalaya), Skoda Rapid and Fruit Shoot in India. His views on marketing communications and branding have been published in leading industry publications. He has been a speaker at several industry events and teaches marketing communications at business schools as guest faculty.

Shampa has over two decades of work experience across Publicis Groupe, IPG and WPP group companies. She has worked in Leo Burnett, Ogilvy & Mather, McCann Erickson, Rediffusion Y&R, Clarion (Bates) and lastly with Percept/H & Percept One as Branch Head (Mumbai) and Chief Growth Officer (Percept One). Her remit spans birthing and developing a product and building a brand around it using the framework of a marketing plan committed to delivering ROI, commissioning content to develop the brand across 360 degree consumer touch points – ATL, BTL, Digital and other media, PR and Activation, evaluating media options for optimal delivery of plan and monitoring outcomes, digital content development, execution and evaluation, developing IPs, creating alliances between brands for optimal OTS.
